About Comapny Curricula Development Supervisor Job Title  Participating with competent commissions in determining the appropriate curriculum frameworks to be prepared, and the categories of topics and target groups (audience), as well as levels of curriculum to be prepared.  Participating in developing short-and long-term plans to develop curriculum and prioritize subjects, taking into account the needs and concerns of the organization.  Participating in defining the goal of each curriculum and outputs, as well as reviewing previous curricula to make sure that there is no conflict between them and the proposed curriculum and general curriculum frameworks set out by competent committees.  Developing action plans for the preparation and development of curricula, along with the distribution of tasks, setting the dates of completion, ad following up the implementation of the plan and ensuring the commitment of staff members.  Participate in specialized committees for the preparation and development of curriculum.  Making recommendations to contract with expert firms and professionals in the field of curriculum development, coordinating with them to accomplish the tasks specified.  Coordinating with external bodies and the Library, Translation and Publication Dept. To distribute the publications issued by the organization of curriculum and audio-visual materials, as well as distributing them. Performing any other tasks assigned by the Head Department. Job Tasks  Bachelor's degree in education or curriculum development, preferably with additional degrees in Islamic law.  Five to seven years in curricula development; three of which, at least, in supervisory positions.  Preparation and development of curricula  Knowledge of Islamic law  Knowledge of Computer Applications  Fluency in Both Arabic and English Languages.
