About Comapny Instructor Job Title ?Participation and cooperation with Department Supervisor in designing the programs of education and the instructional and educational criteria within the organization.?Preparing lessons to achieve the desired goals.?Motivating and guiding the new converts to utilize the various sources of information provided along with the course.?Abiding by schedule and the periods assigned for the educational programs.?Giving and explaining the determined lessons in the light of the familiar educational criteria using the most recent manners of education as possible.?Preparing the subjects, illustrating and clarifying them in order to make it easy to present and understand them.?Continuous endeavor to develop the manner of teaching and using the innovative manners.?Answering the inquires of any student and explaining again if necessary.?Providing suggestions in respect of making modifications to the educational plan and the manners of education.?Coordination with educational supervisor to design an integral educational program, to coordinate the exerted efforts and providing the best means of education which facilitate the process of education to the student.?Preparing the regular reports regarding the march of work, evaluating students and submitting reports to the Department supervisor.Performing any other tasks entrusted to him by the Supervisor of Courses Department.
